Beliebers go ga-ga over SA world tour

Big Concert’s made the official announcement on Thursday morning to the delight of thousands of Beliebers-the name given to die hard Justin Bieber fans- around the country who quickly took to social media to express anticipation for the tour, making the news the number one trending topic on South African Twitter.

Public Eye met some Beliebers and this is what they had to say.
“His Purpose album is my life. His music is perfect for when you want to sit down and unwind. He knows how to connect with his audience. My friends and I will definitely be going to see him. I look forward to hearing him perform Love Yourself” said an ecstatic female fan.

Another group of young girls expressed their excitement about seeing the pop singer “We just want to see his face. He has an incredible voice. We listen to Purpose every day. We can’t wait for tickets to go on sale. We might just faint when he walks on stage”

The critically acclaimed tour has been widely popular internationally with a high demand that has resulted in Bieber’s team often having to add additional shows to the tour. Now South African fans will have a chance to see the 22 year old on stage performing all the hits from his platinum selling Purpose album as well as other fan favorites from his previous albums.

The tour will kick off in Johannesburg at the FNB Stadium on the 14th of May and end off at the Cape Town Stadium on the 17th of May 2017. Pre-sales open on the 13th of December and tickets officially go on sale on the 15th of December at 9am. Tickets are priced from R350 to R1540. Visit www.discovery.co.za for more information.
