Kids Xmas party excitement builds

Richard Rangiah (Executive Director - Community Chest), left, receiving a donation of R20 000 from Moonyean Smit (Marketing Manager), Maureen Kivits (Director of Gaming and Complex GM) and Rodney Paulse (Acting Hotel GM) at Golden Horse Casino.

The infields of Golden Horse Casino will be abuzz as 500 children selected from various early childhood development (ECD) centres across our district, will enjoy a day of fun, food and gifts – all in celebration of the spirit of Christmas on December 5. Preparations, together with excitement for the annual Community Chest Kids Christmas Party are on the up-and-up with the Golden Horse Casino adding more to the festive fair with a generous contribution of R20 000 towards costs for the event. Golden Horse Casino had already come aboard with an offer of venue space to host the event.
Many of the children, aged 4-6 years are looking forward to their first ever Christmas Party and the PMB & District Community Chest appreciates Golden Horse Casino for its ongoing support of this event. Such generosity is adding to the making of memorable moments for these children that will last a lifetime.
The Community Chest also thanks Capital Newspapers for its support as the print media partner for this event. If you wish to support or assist the Community Chest with this event, please contact Angie or Mala on 033-3941031.
